Early Years Worker\n \nService care Solution are currently recruiting for an Early Years Worker in Hillingdon.\n \nThe Early Years Worker will assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of activities that support young children's learning, development and health ensuring consistency of high quality provision.\n \nPay rate – £14.42 PAYE / £17.74 Umbrella per hour \n \nMain Responsibilities\n \nAs an Early Years Worker you will be responsible for:\n\nWorking as part of a team, to assist in the planning and delivery of appropriate activities that are conducive to supporting the learning and development of young children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage;\nTo ensure all children's activities are set up with appropriate toys and equipment, ensuring a risk assessment is completed and updated regularly;\nTo provide a stimulating learning environment both inside and out, that encourages children to learn and develop through play;\nTo observe and record children's learning and achievements, noting areas of development where children may need additional support and share these with the child's key-carer;\nTo ensure an extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure and to report to the Nursery Manager any concerns about children;\nRequirements:\n\nEarly Years and Childcare qualifications at level 2 or above e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, CACHE Certificate/Diploma in Childcare and Education or NNEB or equivalent This project would suit someone with a proven background in policy / strategy/ communications\nPaediatric First Aid qualification Level 3\nEnhanced DBS \nWorking with Service Care Solutions comes with many benefits, including:\n\nA specialist consultant within an experience and dedicated recruitment team\nExcellent rates of pay\nPayroll services twice a week \nIf you are interested in the Early Years Worker role or know of anyone who may be, please contact Emma at Service Care Solutions by email at (url removed)\n \nService Care Solutions also offers a £250 referral bonus!
