About the job
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our sales team on a fixed term contract until 5 February 2026, to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for the marketing and sale of the company’s growing programme of shared ownership homes, property disposals, Right to Buy/Right to Acquire sales, open market sales and other land and property transactions.
A clear, effective and professional communicator, with a calm, patient approach to dealing with customers, you will be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident, with the ability to build rapport with customers and contribute to team activities, meetings and discussions. Ideally, you will have previous new homes sales experience and a proven track record. Experience in instructing solicitors and providing full legal support in relation to initial Shared Ownership property sales, staircasing, and ensuring compliance is essential.
We are looking for someone who ideally has previous property sales experience with a proven track record, experience of working within budget parameters, and someone who is confident with basic financial calculations. A full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a satisfactory basic DBS check are essential for this role.
Please use the covering letter as an opportunity to show us how you meet the competencies and skills required for this role, and anything you think highlights how you are a good fit for Coastline.
