Position: Customer Services Assistant Location: Horsham Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700 Temporary Role starting Monday 7th April ongoing temp Key Responsibilities: Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Respond to enquiries and maintain positive relations with residents. Assist in preparing lease agreements, invoices, and notices. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, payments, and communications. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property repairs and maintenance. Support property managers in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organisation. Key Requirements: Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field is advantageous. Strong organisational abilities to manage property-related tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, property managers, and contractors. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
