About the role:
The Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) for Early Career Teachers and Primary Teachers is a great way to work on supply without the worry of having a stable income each week. Our aim as your consultant is to get you out working for the full five days of the week in school, or however many days a week that suits your availability. We will use our strong relationships with our schools to make sure you can be utilized and are gaining as much experience as possible. If we cannot achieve our goal, you will be guaranteed a set amount of money each week. This amount will be set out in your Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) contract, where you can find the other terms too. This is a great way to gain experience with the guarantee of financial stability.
About the school:
Vision for Education works with a large number of schools from maintained to academies, small village schools to large inner-city schools, small mixed classes to 3 form entry. You will visit a variety of schools to fit with your experience, availability, and expertise. Our schools are friendly and welcoming primary schools located in Grantham and the surrounding areas across Lincolnshire. We have built long-standing relationships over the last 10 years and are committed to providing a high-quality education to our students, and to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Requirements:
* Completed their teaching qualification in Primary Education
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status or be in the process of qualifying with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
* An ability to work as part of a team
* Hold a full driving licence or be happy to use public transport

Salary: £30,000 to £41,333 per year (dependent on experience, training, or qualifications).

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a valid DBS on the update service
