We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant based in Chesterfield town centre.
This will be working over the days of Monday to Friday, between the times of 08:00am and 17:30pm, both part time and full time available.
The role will involve:
* Being first point of contact for incoming calls.
* Sourcing candidates and reviewing CVs.
* Registering candidates.
* Completing DVLA licence checks and Right To Work checks.
* Creating candidate CVs and profiles.
* Setting up new starters, ensuring all candidates are compliant.
Previous experience required:
* Microsoft Excel experience.
* Exeperience dealing with high volume incoming calls.
* Data entry.
What we need from you:
* Ability to work with others in an office based environment.
* Be a people person - confidence speaking to people over the phone and in person.
* Ability to work to your own initiative to achieve set targets.
* Punctual and Reliable.
* Having a driving licence is preferable but not essential.
