Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Urgent Care Service Assessor to join our strong and progressive team in the Folkestone area of South Kent Coast. Main duties of the job You will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary services; supporting patients with complex needs in the community. You'll have the freedom to plan care in your own way, with time to develop your assessment and treatment skills with the support of senior staff. As a short-term service, the predominant part of your role with be assessing, planning and reviewing care needs, liaising with other team members to ensure safe, high quality care.
