The Role: Oversee daily administrative duties for a large portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with the Economic Substance Act, FATCA, CRS, and Beneficial Ownership reporting. Coordinate and file annual notifications and returns, maintain and update client databases, and ensure data integrity. Stay updated on industry changes, recommending policy or procedural adjustments as needed. The Person: Must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as legal, compliance, or business. At least five years’ experience in a regulatory or compliance-focused role is essential. Preferred candidates will hold a professional compliance or accounting qualification. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a robust capability in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Viewpoint software.
