SEN Learning Support Assistant Special school ASD students mainly 8:30am - 3pm Immediate start Full-time or Part-time We work closely with a brilliant special school in Wiltshire that are looking for new support staff to join the school ideally with an immediate start. The school are based in a fantastic location and are very proud of the vital work they do there. The school look after students with a variety of different special needs but all students will have a form of ASD, so it goes without saying that experience in this area is essential. The role The role of LSA will be varied but will mostly involve general classroom support and supporting the teacher with whatever they need. The have a number of gaps to fill at the moment so whether you'll be placed permanently within one class or provide more part-time ‘floater’ support is entirely up to you. Being proactive in an environment like this is essential, as well as feeling confident in dealing with challenging situations.
