Our client is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and drive the success of live external construction projects. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and health & safety while ensuring high-quality results.

Roles/Responsibilities
* Lead and manage allocated projects from sales handover to final completion.
* Plan fabrication and installation methods to maximize profitability.
* Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
* Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
* Manage subcontractor labor and site access requirements.
* Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on final payments.
* Attend project review meetings, site visits, and client meetings.
* Maintain daily updates in project management software (Celoxis).
* Oversee health & safety matters related to project execution.
Qualifications
Required:
* A-Level or equivalent education
* CSCS Black Card certification
* Minimum of 2 years in a project management role within construction
* Experience with Rainscreen / facade / full envelope
* Experience with leading projects from design to completion
* NVQ lev 6, 7 or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience managing staff
* Strong contractual awareness and financial knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple project budgets and timelines
