About the Role
As an experienced field-based domestic appliance engineer, you will be provided with the tools to win and succeed. Our field community of employed engineers shares best practices and creates and delivers service excellence for every customer. Every day you will use your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, supported by our regional field service teams who work productively to repair customers' appliances in their homes.
About You
You will be an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer with a proven background in white goods repair. You will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver first-class service to our customers, be a good communicator with a can-do attitude, and possess enthusiasm for problem-solving with the passion and knowledge to repair our customers' appliances first time. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity and have up-to-date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

What You Will Receive From Us
Competitive salary of £27,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on skill set and experience for a 40-hour week. Uncapped bonus scheme available to increase your earnings, with OTE of up to £50,000 per annum. Working hours are 8-hour days (usually 9am-5pm), Monday - Friday, with pre-planned routes and drive time included.
