What’s the role?
Working in the Murray Workwear site at the BMW Mini plant, this role is to support and ensure an excellent customer experience for all on-site workwear requirements. Reporting to the Account Manager, this is a varied role that will let you fully use both your customer service and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collection and distribution of laundry on site
* Liaise with laundry provider as required
* Garment embroidery / applying ‘sewn on’ badges
* Order processing & order query resolution (incl. order picking & packing)
* Order/delivery receipt, tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
* Stock counting / stock taking
* Ensuring an excellent customer experience for all ‘Work Wear Centre’ visitors in line with our Legendary Service ethos
* Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
* Submission of reports and KPI information within timescales
* Processing returns
* Act as Murray point of contact on site
Your Background and Experience
* Computer literate: knowledge of Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure

* Team player – this role will involve massive and continual interaction with other members of staff within the workwear office and varying departments on-site, therefore must be considerate, professional, and effective at all times
* Customer focused – an absolute commitment to research, recommend and deliver the best possible solution to the customer. An ability to quickly connect and establish relationships with all levels of staff within each of our customer’s businesses in a way that gains their complete trust in you and the company to allow your advice to have real influence on their decisions
