Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ofsted Registered Children's Home Manager located in Maghull. The Children's Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, managing staff, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children, and liaising with external agencies and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing a children's home and working with children in care
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Understanding of therapeutic care practices
* Relevant qualifications in social work, child care, or a related field
