Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with a Large Secondary school based in Accrington. The school is looking for a dedicated School Support Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Administration
2. First Aid
3. Payroll changes and management
4. Catering contract
5. Health & Safety
6. Logistical management of internal systems
7. Educational Visits Coordinator
Main Duties:
1. Organise rotas for lunch duties
2. Be a qualified first aider and manage first aid provision at Hollins
3. Manage the school budget in line with financial regulations
4. Oversee the purchase requisition process in liaison with the Finance Officer
5. Manage the administration team, ensuring day-to-day responsibilities are met
6. Lead the organisation of school events such as open evenings and community events
7. Ensure monthly payroll information is accurate and submitted on time
8. Be the Educational Visits Coordinator
9. Ensure all duties meet GDPR regulations and maintain confidentiality
10. Undertake professional development to improve expertise
11. Responsible for performance management of staff
12. Ensure staff maintain minimum standards and code of conduct
13. Any other duties commensurate with the role
