Actual Salary £18,464 - £19,363 per annum (Grade 6)
This job is Part Time - Term Time Only for 30 hours per week and 41 weeks per year.
It is offered on a Temporary basis for 12 months.
Approximate start date 22 April 2025.
Corfe Hills School is looking for an HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in providing a comprehensive, professional and confidential Human Resource administrative service. You will support with recruitment, including induction of new hires, with offer preparation, absence, record keeping, payroll and personnel files.
You will be a part of the First Aid team providing first aid to the whole school community when required (training will be provided).
You will need to be motivated and enthusiastic with strong organisation and time management skills in order to provide an efficient service. Experience in improving processes and streamlining would be beneficial.
This is a varied role where priorities can change quickly, you will be liaising with several different stakeholders through a variety of communication channels so excellent communication skills are key.
You must have a thorough understanding of the need to handle information securely, confidentially and with discretion.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop current skills and gain or expand your experience of working in a school environment.
A clean driving licence and your own transport is essential for travel across the Trust’s multiple sites and schools.
