We're on the hunt for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT Service Desk team in London. From resolving complex technical issues to driving innovation in IT processes, your role will be vital in ensuring seamless operations for our users. What You'll Do: Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, from simple to complex. Lead small IT projects like hardware refreshes and application rollouts. Collaborate with teams and third-party suppliers to resolve challenges. Create high-quality documentation and user guides. Support endpoint management, AV/Media setups, and more. What We're Looking For: Solid IT support experience (bonus if it's in financial services or insurance). A strong understanding of Windows 11, Azure, Office 365, Teams, and Citrix. Familiarity with ITIL practices (certification preferred). Hands-on expertise in Intune endpoint management and IAM processes. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
