The highly trained and dedicated staff team get to know each resident and their family individually offering personalised care and support To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As a Nurse your key duties include: • Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents needs and wishes • Develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs • Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders • Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines • Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to our residents • Ensure that the team's skill and knowledge levels are able to meet the changing needs of the business The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: • Good Nursing Experience • Excellent Clinical Skills • Able to write Care Plans • Able to show Empathy and warmth • Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc. • Able to show a can-do attitude always Please note you will be expected to cover days, nights and weekend shifts as part of a weekly rota.
