That's where you come in… Digital Marketing Manager As Digital Marketing Manager, you will help us develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving app traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Key Responsibilities: Email and SMS Communications: Review and write engaging email and SMS campaigns. Ensure communications align with overall marketing strategies and brand voice. Implement A/B testing to optimise communication effectiveness. META Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage META advertising campaigns (including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). Optimise ad campaigns based on performance data and KPIs. Manage budgets and allocate funds appropriately across campaigns. Performance Analysis: Review and analyse performance data from all digital marketing channels and in-app experience. Generate reports detailing key metrics, performance against goals, and actionable insights. Use data to refine and improve marketing strategies and tactics. Social Media Management: Update and manage social media profiles across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram). Create, schedule, and post content that drives engagement and increases followers. Monitor social media channels for feedback and engagement opportunities. Cross collaboration with Product, Customer Support and Tech Team: Work closely with the product and teams to implement journey optimizations. Work closely with customer support to understand user experience and suggest improvements to enhance customer journey. Align marketing efforts with product launches and updates. Skills and requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email/SMS marketing, social media management, and META advertising. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp). Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing best practices. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The following experience would be advantageous: Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint). Experience with marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization. Experience in a similar industry or with similar products/services.
