Our public sector client is seeking an experienced Compliance Contract Supervisor to join their team on a temporary basis.

Pay Rate - £20.88ph
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property inspection, reporting, and contract supervision within the property maintenance, construction, and social housing sectors. The role requires an in-depth understanding of property maintenance standards, CDM regulations, and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing leadership to a team of inspectors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property Inspections & Reporting:
Conduct thorough property inspections and generate detailed reports in line with industry standards, focusing on social housing improvements, planned, and cyclical maintenance.
* Contract Supervision:
Supervise the implementation of contracts, ensuring that work is carried out according to the specifications and within budget. Manage the day-to-day operations, resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
* Compliance Management:
