Part-Time Telephone Sales Advisor Location: Thorpe St Andrew Employment Type: Temporary Part-time (potential to become full-time/permanent) Working Hours: Flexible, ideally 4 hours a day for example 10am-2pm, Monday – Friday £12.21 per hour plus commission Join our client, a customer-focused company, renowned for quality, reliability, and innovation. They are expanding and seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Agent to help grow their customer base by building strong relationships over the phone. Day-to-day of the role: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business. Accurately log all call activity, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support wider business goals. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries. Prepare and send quotations and follow up to close sales. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous telesales or telephone-based customer service experience (B2B or B2C). A confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner. Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Comfortable working with targets and handling rejection positively. Organised, with good attention to detail and follow-through. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus. Knowledge of packaging or manufacturing is helpful but not essential.
