Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day will include: Business Development – reaching out to new clients, demonstrating how you can add value to them and bringing them onboard. Sourcing new candidates by posting adverts, headhunting on LinkedIn/job boards and by generating referrals through your growing network. Matching your candidates skillset to your clients needs, conduct phone interviews and organise meetings with both parties. Building rapport and developing the relationships for repeat business. Negotiating terms of business, business rates, salaries for both clients and candidates.
