The successful candidate will have a sustained track record of high-quality teaching and be focused on growing our School’s USP around our CBT and counselling provision. This post offers an exciting opportunity for a CBT therapist, counsellor, practitioner psychologist or psychotherapist to provide learning, teaching, and assessment support to students on our range of courses including the University’s BSc (Hons) Psychology and Counselling and MSc CBT and Counselling, to be involved in the ongoing development of both these programmes, and to engage in a range of scholarly activities and research. The successful candidate must be an experienced practitioner who is competent in practising and teaching CBT, and who also has an understanding of the theory and practice of counselling and psychotherapy. They must also have or be working towards BABCP accreditation.
