This role is responsible for leading the EMEA Inside Sales Account Management (iSAM) team. Working with EMEA Sales Leadership to continue development of the iSAM function and alignment across the regions where the iSAMs located. This role will require the individual to develop the sales growth strategy for the iSAM team to ensure the attainment of business goals. They must be the interface between the different sales functions, Channel, Distribution, and Sales to ensure a seamless cooperation.
Responsibilities:
* Develop iSAM infrastructure and influence the strategic growth of the function to support the wider business.
* Develop iSAM business plan and implement sales strategies that support overall Sales and Company initiatives and drive business result to achieve the sales target for the iSAM team and the respective regional verticals aligned to the iSAM focus area. Actively monitor progress against sales plan and engagement with targeted accounts.
* Define target markets and accounts and ensure the team develops the most suitable strategies to secure and develop this business.
* Train and educate the team on sales tools, sales mechanisms and how to cooperate and collaborate with other sales organizations in Zebra (Global Sales Team / Channel / SEs)
* Recruit, coach, supervise and motivate the iSAM team, providing coaching, guidance and support to facilitate individual and collective achievement towards the agreed performance objectives.
* Ensure that sales quotas/goals are achieved on assigned products and/or solutions and regional goals.
* Build a strong relationship with the Field Sales organization – develop plans that support Sales initiatives/revenue goals.
* Interface with various functions such as Product Management, Services, Marketing, Quality and Field Sales to ensure appropriate coordination of activities, support requirements and timely communication of strategies, products and solutions to Zebra customers.
* Develop and implement reporting to manage the performance of the group and individuals.
* Develop and manage department budget according to company guidelines.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Significant demonstrable international sales experience.
* Proven experience of management and leadership, ideally with an internal sales force
* Demonstrated sales development and training skills.
* Experience with a B2B sales model.
* Demonstrable experience of building out and growing the capability of an ISAM function.
* Previous experience working in a multi-national Company on an international level
