Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students in a variety of settings, including the classroom, small groups, or one-on-one.
* Help manage behaviour to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
* Encourage active participation and engagement in lessons.
What We're Looking For:
* No previous experience is required, but experience working with SEND students is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills are essential to effectively work with both students and staff.
* A genuine passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* The ability to motivate and engage students in their learning journey.
