Step Teachers are working with a school in Cambridgeshire that is seeking a passionate and dynamic German Teacher to join their dedicated team on a supply basis. This role involves teaching German and offers an exciting opportunity to inspire students and foster a love for language learning. This role is expected to start in February 2025.
German Teacher Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students at various levels.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
* Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events within the school community.
German Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Experience teaching German at KS3 up until KS5 level.

£30,000 - £55,000 per year PAYE - based on experience.
