Our client is looking for a highly skilled, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role as the primary point of contact for customers while providing essential support to the sales team.

This is a hybrid role following the probation period, with three days in the office and two days from home.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of key contracts and provide dedicated support, collaborating closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to maintain service levels and deliver a seamless customer service.
* Ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly, effectively and with clear communication and fully resolved.
* Accurately process quotes, orders and service requests, collaborating with customers to complete necessary documentation.
* Keep customers informed of order progress, including any potential delays.
* Assist customers with returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
* Work closely with the production team to ensure parts are dispatched correctly or returned for repair.
What they are looking for:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, contract management, project management, or sales, preferably within a service or consumable-related field.
* Strong customer service and communication abilities.
* Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven track record of meeting goals and delivering results under pressure.
* Experienced in working with customers and wider teams to ensure timely delivery and effectively manage expectations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
