Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the teacher with lesson delivery and child care
* Demonstrating essential safeguarding knowledge and experience
* Planning and creating engaging activities for children
* Possessing a solid understanding and practical application of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
* Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues using excellent communication skills
* Dedicating yourself to providing high-quality education and fostering children's development
* Bringing creativity, enthusiasm and innovation to teaching and learning
* Being adaptable and ready to support a diverse group of children across different nursery rooms
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Sensitivity, patience and understanding
* Experience in childcare
* CACHE Level 2/3 qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role)
