About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruiter to join our team, delivering a full recruitment service for a wide range of roles. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. You’ll manage the end-to-end process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
As part of the recruitment team, you’ll play a key role in improving recruitment processes and systems, maintaining compliance with internal governance and GDPR standards. You’ll also build strong relationships with candidates, creating and managing talent pools to align with our workforce strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

So, what are we looking for?
1. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
2. Strong written communication skills, especially in crafting job adverts and assessments.
3. Experience in candidate search, including the use of LinkedIn recruiter tools.
4. Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
5. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Confident, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.
