An exciting opportunity for a Merchandiser to join the fast-paced and rapidly growing multi-category brand. Leading the merchandising division, overseeing budget planning and range development across three key sales channels: e-commerce, marketplaces, and wholesale.
Seeking a data-driven and forward-thinking individual to implement merchandising structures that will be pivotal in achieving the company’s ambitious 2–3 year growth plan. Brand positioning is a key focus, along with the ability to navigate dynamic stock movements across multiple platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Develop product ranges aligned with business financial targets.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis to establish financial sales targets.
3. Lead weekly trade reporting, analysing sales and stock performance.
4. Develop and execute short-term and long-term departmental strategies to maximize sales and profitability across all sales channels.
5. Collaborate with marketplace channels to identify and capitalise on sales and profit opportunities.
6. Efficiently manage inventory across the UK, EU, and multiple sales channels, ensuring optimal stock levels to drive profitability.
7. Approve promotional strategies that maintain profitability and uphold brand integrity.
