A day in the life of a Chef de Partie would include Preparing a range of high quality dishes from seasonal menus across our A La Carte restaurants Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly What is required for this role?
