We have 1 new opportunity for a qualified Joiner to join us within our busy Construction Services team.
If you are self-motivated, time served and capable of working alone as well as part of a multi-skilled team this is an opportunity for you to commence a career within a Council you can be proud to work for.
You will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of joinery tasks including repair, removal and replacement of a wide range of timber, plastic and composite products, both internal and external including the fitting, removal and re-hanging of internal, external doors, windows, kitchen base units, worktops (mason mitres) and wall cupboards.
Reporting to a Repairs & Construction Manager you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes including major/minor refurbishments & new build housing, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices, and standards.
