About the Role As a Client Relationship Manager, you will often serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking mortgage services. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional professional service, ensuring clients receive a seamless, personalised experience throughout their journey. The client experience stands as the fundamental driver of the Client Relations team, with an emphasis on providing an 'only client' experience whilst supporting the mortgage advisory team.
