About the role
Our new early careers programme is an 18 months rotational programme with our specialist mortgage teams in our Glasgow office. You will get the amazing opportunity to spend time with our operations teams, our underwriting teams, our sales team, risk & compliance and our product and marketing teams. You will gain experience across our core property finance products: buy-to-let mortgages, residential mortgages and bridging finance.
You will work through the mortgage life-cycle throughout your rotations, all the way from how we design and market our products, through to front line support for our brokers & customers, helping with enquiries on the phone, email and web-chat; liaising with solicitors and carrying out searches. You will be exposed to viewing specialist reports and making commercial risk-based lending decisions.
You will gain a Level 3 qualification as a with the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) with dedicated time to study towards this. You will also receive a full structured training plan throughout the programme.
To be successful with your application, you must be available on either 3rd or 4th June to attend an Assessment Centre at our Glasgow office (8th Floor The Onyx, Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7EZ)

What to expect from the recruitment process?
Our recruitment process is designed to get to know you and give you a feel for what its like to be part of LendInvest.
1️ Youll start with a video call with our Head of People Development, Emma Kelson, where well learn more about your background, career aspirations, and what you're looking for. Its also a great chance for you to ask any questions about the internship or our business.
2️ If successful, youll be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at our Glasgow office on either 3rd or 4th June .
3️ We aim to make final decisions by mid-June, shortly after the assessment centres.
4️ The internship will begin in July.
