Caretaker
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
37 hours per week
Salary: £24,242 per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Caretaker to join our team.
In this role, you will provide a first-class cleaning and caretaking service, ensuring communal areas and external spaces across our estates are well-maintained, clean, and welcoming for residents. Working closely with the Estates team, you will contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment for over 12,000 individuals, addressing requests and complaints in line with procedures when necessary.

You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
