We are looking for a kind and energetic, welcoming Talent Acquisition Specialist.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take on a key role in recruiting and hiring top talent. This position involves full-cycle recruitment and relationship-building to support the agency's mission of enhancing lives and communities.
What will you be doing:
1. Work the recruitment process for open roles, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews.
2. Manage a consistent pipeline of candidates through effective sourcing and networking strategies.
3. Partner with managers to assess hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
4. Assist in representing the agency at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to connect with top talent.
5. Assist in building relationships with community organizations and schools to increase awareness.
6. Provide insights on market trends and recommend innovative approaches to attract talent.
7. Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and streamline processes.
8. Complete other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
What we’re looking for in you:
1. Associates or bachelor’s in business concentration or years of business equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years of recruitment experience in a health setting preferred.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpretive skills.
5. Ability to work independently and create relationships.
6. Excellent organizational, written, and time management skills.
7. Knowledge of human resource functions.
8. Desire to provide empathy and a consultative ear.
9. Work a Hybrid schedule.
