Job description
As a HSQE Coordinator you will be required to:
* Work to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
* Ensure effective management of SHEQ processes
* Provide administrative support in SHEQ meetings
* Lead effective document control and coordination of Management Systems
* Be the first point of contact for any interaction with Lloyds Register and other external auditors
* Assist the planning of third party audits and coordinate internal audits to ensure ISO standards are being met
* Liaise with departmental manager to follow up on any non-conformances
* Champion Health & Safety on site and actively promote a safety culture
* Help carry out risk assessments and putting counter measures in place to prevent accidents
* Create a record of accidents with statistics and correlations
* Keep up to date with new legislation company and other safety information and brief the management team accordingly
The ideal HSQE Coordinator:
1. IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable)
2. Working knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation
3. Previously worked in a similar role
