1. Leading and supervising a team of maintenance staff and porters, providing direction and ensuring high-quality work in all aspects of building maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
2. Overseeing the completion of building repairs and maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards and within set timeframes. Delegating tasks appropriately to team members for efficient operations
3. Ensuring that the team undertakes risk assessments before starting any maintenance work and enforces safe systems of work at all times. Monitoring adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
