About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within our Team division. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality procurement services to our public sector clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for a portfolio of client contracts, ensuring compliance with PA23 and PCR 2015 and delivering value for money. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full procurement lifecycle for assigned client contracts, including: Market analysis and research: Identifying potential suppliers, conducting market research, and analysing supplier capabilities. Tendering and evaluation: Developing tender documentation, managing the tender process, evaluating bids from suppliers, and selecting the most suitable suppliers. Contract negotiation and award: Negotiating contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and client requirements. Contract management: Monitoring supplier performance, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring ongoing compliance with contractual obligations. Ensure adherence to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 throughout all stages of the procurement process. Provide excellent client service by building and maintaining strong relationships with client contacts, proactively communicating project updates, and addressing any client concerns. Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes within the Managed Procurement Services division. Actively support the Senior Procurement Manager in the development and delivery of new service offerings. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all procurement activities. Contribute to the team's success by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in public sector procurement, with a strong understanding of PA23 and PCR 2015. Experience in managing the full procurement lifecycle, from planning and sourcing to contract management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS) preferred. Experience working within a managed services environment would be a bonus.
