With over 27 years of experience, we deliver cutting-edge, enterprise-level solutions, and we want you to be part of our journey This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll play a crucial part in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. You’ll support a range of departments, from operations and IT to project management and training, making sure everything runs like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing: Gear Up the Team: Assist in supplying engineers, project managers, and subcontractors with the right PPE and tools, ensuring the team has everything they need to perform at their best. Travel Coordination: Help manage travel bookings, liaising with travel agents, responding to requests, and raising purchase orders with ease. Team Collaboration: Attend weekly meetings with the Project Admin team to ensure smooth operations. Engineer Support: Assist in scheduling training calls for engineers, ensuring they stay compliant and up-to-date. Office Upkeep: Work closely with the SHEQ Manager to maintain the local office – from air conditioning services to window cleaning. IT & Tech Assistance: Help the IT and tech teams with ordering supplies to keep everything running efficiently. Property Management: Coordinate maintenance and service needs for the office, making sure everything is in top shape. Team Player: Be a go-to person for the project admin team, providing support wherever needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in an office admin or similar role is a must. Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have great attention to detail. Multi-tasking Master: You thrive in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. Organised and Efficient: You know how to stay organised and make things happen. People Person: Friendly, customer-focused, and passionate about getting things done. Excellent Communicator: Whether it’s over the phone or via email, you’re clear, professional, and always on point.
