Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Description: As a Supply Teacher based in Sale, Greater Manchester, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to students in various educational settings. Your primary role will involve covering for permanent teachers during their absence, ensuring a seamless continuation of the curriculum. Job Duties: Deliver engaging and effective teaching to students across different subjects and age groups. Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher and ensure that the educational goals are met. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic development. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to education. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum and educational trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs. Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: A degree in Education or a related field. Previous experience in teaching or working with children. Strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and assessment methods. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education. Experience in teaching diverse student populations. Additional subject specialisms or certifications. Working Conditions: Full-time contract position with the possibility of extension. Regular working hours within the school term schedule.
