Compliance and New Homes Advisor
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire

Fixed term contract of 9-12 months
Salary: £26,366 - £29,295 per annum (pro rata)
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with great communication skills.
In this role, you’ll provide a varied range of administrative support to help with the smooth running of our Compliance Team and Net-Zero Carbon programme. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, LiveChat and app, you’ll deliver a personalised, high-quality service, taking ownership and resolving queries for our customers at the first point of contact. You will also process complaints, provide information on rent and other accounts and raise purchase orders.
We’re looking for someone with…
1. Experience working in a customer facing role
2. The ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in writing and in person
3. Good IT skills (MS Office and databases)
Please note, for this role, you will be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
