The difference you will make as a Building Safety Regulation Manager Lead on and pursue responsible third parties for financial redress for cladding remediation, through a range of dispute resolution mechanisms, lead on without prejudice meetings and work closely with our internal and external legal partners and senior leadership team. Manage any legal notices, support any legal challenges, appeals to regulator of first tier tribunal. Manage our legal access procedures. Ensure FTT Legal updates to SLT Team. About you We are looking for someone who: Has a qualifying law degree (LLB) or a non-law degree followed by a Common Professional Examination (CPE)/Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) Has a clear understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms Has experience holding without prejudice meetings Why Riverside?
