Teaching Personnel is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Middleton. This role is to cover an ongoing sickness absence, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The position is full-time and may extend depending on the length of the absence.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering engaging and informative psychology lessons to students in Key Stage 4 and 5.
2. Planning, preparing, and marking work in line with the school's curriculum.
3. Supporting students in developing a deeper understanding of psychological theories and concepts.
4. Managing classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.
5. Collaborating with other teachers and staff to provide a positive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. A degree in Psychology or related field.
3. Experience teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4.
4. Strong classroom management skills.
5. A commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students.
