Job Title: Temporary HR Administrator
Location: Leeds Centre
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5 (37.5 hours)
Full Time office based
Elevation Recruitment are currently working with an organisation, based in Leeds. The business is looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team and assist with People Services.
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary HR Administrator:
* Handle various HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll queries, managing sickness records, and processing flexible working requests
* Manage a shared inbox to address HR-related queries and issues
* Utilise the Cascade HR system for HR management tasks
* Assist with recruitment processes when needed, including contract preparation and vetting checks
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries
* Support maternity-related processes and paperwork
Requirements of the Temporary HR Administrator:
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and learn new processes quickly
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
