Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Meaningful Projects: Lead capital investment projects that positively impact safety, productivity, and environmental standards.
* Drive Improvements: Scope and manage productivity enhancement initiatives, ensuring smooth management of change activities.
* Deliver Accountability and Results: Produce detailed reports to secure project expenditure sign-off, driving efficient, safe, and reliable plant operations.
Requirements:
* Proven Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience managing multiple, moderately complex projects simultaneously.
* Relevant Engineering Qualification: Degree-level qualification in a related engineering field, such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Analytical & Business Acumen: Skilled in crafting detailed reports and developing compelling business cases.
What You Will Receive:
A salary of £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) + pension (max contribution 5% employee and 10% employer), private medical, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, etc.
