About the CSR Compliance Officer job The CSR Compliance Officer will coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of CSR and compliance programs within our fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key tasks Assist with the delivery of CSR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and ethical sourcing. Engage with suppliers to ensure ethical practices across the supply chain, including compliance with Modern Slavery Act requirements. Monitor compliance with relevant UK and EU laws, including food safety standards, environmental regulations, and employment laws. Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. About You Degree in Sustainability, Business Management, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is desirable. Understanding of environmental impact assessments and carbon footprint analysis. Knowledge of UK compliance regulations, such as food safety standards and environmental legislation.
