Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products. Role Overview: This role is responsible for managing and maintaining part of the sales ledger. Taking an initiative-driven stance towards maintaining company payment terms and pursuing outstanding payments, offering valuable insights into accounts where necessary. Key Responsibilities: Registering reported customer invoice queries Raising credits or communicating a credit refusal to the customer Arranging collections and liaising with internal transport department Liaising with the credit controller responsible for the cash collection ensuring awareness of any unusual or repetitive issues.
