In this dynamic role, you’ll support our recruitment process from start to finish, helping attract and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and staff. You’ll collaborate with our HR Manager and departmental heads, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires in line with our Safer Recruitment Policy. This is a temporary assignment to cover a vacancy and is likely to run until April 2025. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting ads, managing applications, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates. Conduct pre-employment checks and prepare new hire documentation to ensure compliance. Collaborate on employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, probation reviews, and exit management. Maintain up-to-date, secure HR records following GDPR guidelines. Qualifications and Skills Required: GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
