Job Description: Would you like to get hands-on experience in working to find potential investors, getting to work under the senior team, and handling pitch decks? This role will involve researching prospective investors, maintaining a database of target investors, and logging interactions. The intern will also assist in creating investor pitch decks to support their choices and will present them to the senior team for feedback. Intern will get hands-on experience to work directly with the senior team to help manage investor relationships in support of the overall team. We want potential candidates to make the investor market aware of our proposition and set in motion our investment round. The candidate will generate qualified leads to drive new investment to help build the business. This will include researching investor segments and identifying who would be a good fit for our company. Candidates will be required to create email campaigns to reach out to the contact lists of key prospects to start conversations and set up meetings whilst identifying the best channels to reach the target prospects. The Candidate may also be tasked with connecting to some key influencers in the Financial Technology and Digital Start-Up space. They will contact such journalists, providing them with the content they need to promote the company and raise awareness. There may be other elements of Sales, Marketing, and Social Media activity that the candidate is tasked with depending on the company's need and the candidate's willingness to try new things. The candidate will be able to use a lot of creative freedom to create models and reports for the team, as well as contribute to design projects. Skills required: Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Be a self-starter who displays a high level of initiative. Be a confident individual who can contribute their own ideas. Be someone who can take responsibility for all aspects of project delivery. Be able to be creative and think outside the box. Have proficiency with LinkedIn and other targeting channels. Should have basic knowledge of Excel. Have the ability to be a customer service and brand ambassador. Be a team player.
