Work within the St Mawes Unit to facilitate the smooth running of the patient's journey by ensuring co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.
Main duties of the job
As a patient's relatives and visitors first and last point of contact with the service, special attention should be given at all times to ensure a positive experience by providing a welcoming, helpful and supportive admin service.
To provide efficient admin support to the medical, nursing and support staff.
To ensure the IT system is appropriately kept up to-date to ensure the location of all patients is accurate.
