We are delighted to be working with a forward thinking and innovative business in Abingdon who are looking to recruit an Engineering Coordinator within a 1 year temporary contract to ensure a smooth running of the business, assisting with administration, contracts and finance.
As the Engineering Coordinator, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday and will be reporting to the Director.
Your Roles And Responsibilities Include:
* Being in charge of administration for the Engineering and Facilities Team
* Managing and writing contracts
* Coordinating performances within the Engineering and Facilities Team
* Sorting invoices and PO numbers
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* Communicative, self-motivated and organised
* Strong experience in administration essential
* Attention to detail is essential
* Confident in using Microsoft Packages
